This is the first time, I like the music in videos like this is. Because the most people cant choose proper music for videos like this. But you did great on this. This music literally celebrates the snowy weather event. I almost felt like Christmas would be there soon. But no. It was the February, as I did see. 💖

@@YannisManesis You're welcome.🙂 I live in Germany. So we have some winter events too over here. Some rare times in November already, but mostly from December to February. But the climate Change brings some funny phenomenon to us. The Snow gets rarer in the actual Winter but comes the more on the begin of April. 😳 In 2021 we had Snow from April the 1st to the 5th. And so did we 22. Oh man, I love those Winter days, because the whole environment reveals completely new beautiful Impressions and a complete new charm. So I am glad that you appreciate it in your Video as well.

That is really bizarre to get snow in Greece to sea level, especially Athens. Must have been quite distressing, yet I know just a bit further north in Serbia, Bulgaria etc, its pretty normal in winter.

@@MeyerWeather Well, such snowstorms in Athens have only happened like two dozen times in the last 200 years. Before 2021, last time was 2008. That's 13 years. My area has seen 20-30cm of snow only in 1934 and 2008. These events are quite rare in here and yes, the 2021 event was historic, as was next year's snowstorm.

Every "historic" event on every place on earth depends on its climatological weather patterns and numbers. Go and find the climatology of some cities like Athens and you will understand the rarity of this event. For the record the amount of snow was a result of just 3 hours of heavy snowfall. Other places need days to reach even small amount of snow cause of low snowfall rates.

You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. Global warming has caused the polar ice caps to receed a little bit further north each winter. However, as the little bits eventually add up, the recession has made the polar jet stream unstable, which is what is causing these huge shots of cold air to make it down south and result in these events.
