Warner Elevator merged with Shepard forming Shepard-Warner, and then was later bought by Dover in 1958. Dover then merged with ThyssenKrupp in 2000, using the name ThyssenDover for a transition period.

Very nice vintage and smooth running elevator. There have been a lot of elevator companies over the last century that likely don't exist any longer. Like the one in the old S.H. Kress store in N. CA that begins with "D" installed back in the 1930's.
