The intro is a bit intimidating. But the anthem is very sweet! Much respect to the Transylvanian Saxon community from Suceava, Romania (where, in the Middle Ages, there have also been Transylvanian Saxons). All the best! Alles Gute!

P.S. At some point in the video the historic town centre of Sibiu/Hermannstadt (the former European Capital of Culture in 2007 along with Luxembourg City) is displayed followed by Bran Castle/(Die) Törzburg. Also, Transylvanian Saxons are mostly Luxembourgish (at least those from Sibiu/Hermannstadt area/county). Furthermore, the Transylvanian Saxon dialect is very close to Luxembourgish, some words are almost identical. Lastly, the people of Transylvania, of all ethnicities are great and generally get along very well with one another. Politics are those which divide but humanity will still prevail as it did in the past as well. In my case, I had excellent experiences in southern and eastern Transylvania whenever I visited Transylvanian Saxon cities and villages. Very beautiful landscapes and local culture indeed! All the best once again!

@asztyzoli13 күн бұрын
Nagyon pontos leirás. Sajnos elmentek, ezzel szegényebb lett Erdély, házaikban most sokfele romák laknak, tönkretették azt, amit a szászok felépitettek...

Transylvania's German name, Siebenburgen, meaning 'the seven citadels', reminds of the times when the Saxons lived there: Bistriţa (Bistritz), Braşov (Kronstadt), Cluj (Klausenburg), Mediaş (Mediasch), Sebes (Mühlbach), Sibiu (Hermannstadt) and Sighişoara (Schassburg)

Calm down and take your pill (and learn some English beforehand). First of all, Transylvania was, is, and will be multicultural (regardless of your hallucinations). Secondly, you don't really know anything about Transylvania (and I can prove it). Thirdly, Moldova and Dobrogea/Dobruja were part of Romania and rightfully so (plus the major native language spoken in these two regions was, is, and will be Romanian). Otherwise, from what you wrote above you just seem to be a communist Russian from Moldova who thinks he is Moldavian. You are not. I am. I am from Suceava. I really don't like your specific type of people in my home country and especially in my hometown where you just wrecked nearby blocks of flats with your Russian slang and messages on their walls. Keep it to you and your 'almighty' Voronin. Instead, I really like the true Moldavians/Romanians from Moldova who know very well what the Russians did to them in the past. You will not obtain anything but a kick in the ass back to Russia where you belong. Abschied, idioten! P.S.: You shouldn't have access to the internet and shouldn't comment on Transylvanian Saxon-related videos as well. You Russians are the worse people on this continent, always wrecking havoc, mayhem, and disaster where you go. Stay where you are and never come in Suceava! Consider yourselves warned from now!

@@florincanciuc2308I am transylvanian myself (romanian transylvanian). Transylvania is Romania because the majority of it is made up of romanians, like 80% of it, and 17% hungarian, Moldova is also a historical province of Romania because the majority of the people there speak romanian, there is no such thing as "moldavian language", it's a romanian dialect, and there is no "transylvanian language" or "limba ardeleneasca", that is also romanian dialect.
