Historical trains during the veteran train days in Landeryd, Sweden

Filmed around Landeryd on the 23rd of September 2023. During the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of September the Veteran train days in Landeryd occurred. During the Saturday Nässjö railway museum was out with their diesel engine T41, and steam locomotive E2, together with the Svenska motorvagnsklubbens (SMOK) Y6, Y7 and Y8. The trains in the video are therefore Y32, Y31, Y8, Y7, Y6, T41 and E2. The trains were in traffic as Krösatåg and railway museum trains.
During the day the trains were in service on the line Smålandsstenar - Landeryd - Torup, and Y8 1131 in service on the line Torup - Hyltebruk. The line between Torup and Hyltebruk hasn’t had any regular traffic, since the traffic to and from Stora Enso in Hylte ceased in the fall of 2020. During the train days there was traffic on the line again however.

Under lördagen var Nässjö Järnvägsmuseums diesellok T41 och ånglok E2 ute och körde, tillsammans med Svenska Motorvagnsklubbens Y6, Y7 och Y8. Tågen som förekommer i videon är därmed Y32, Y31, Y8, Y7, Y6, T41 och E2. Tågen var i trafik som Krösatåg och museitåg.
Under tagen körde tågen på sträckan Smålansstenar - Landeryd - Torup, samt Y8 1131 på sträckan Torup - Hyltebruk. Sträckan mellan Torup och Hyltebruk trafikeras nuförtiden inte längre av några reguljära tåg alls, sedan trafiken till och från Stora Enso i Hylte upphörde hösten 2020. Under Tågdagarna kör däremot tågen åter på banan.
