Bravo!!!! I watched this on TV while taking care of my guinea pig pens and barely noticed how hard I was working. All I know is that I, out loud, exclaimed, "Sucks to be you!" a few times... I think when the Amazons and then Memnon showed up. Every time I hear the name Hector, some voice in my head will scream it. Hope it's not a funeral or something serious because I'll laugh. Honestly... the thought of an army just having an absolute massacre of a time at the end of a 10 year long siege of a city and its surrounding towns sounds like the most accurate thing ever. Terrible what happened to so many people but, I know the sense of catharsis those Greek men felt as they slew absolutely every single Trojan they could get their hands on must've been insane.

Awesome video!! I really enjoy your retellings of these myths! I always feel like the thing with Artemis makes no sense since she’s the protector of young girls and human sacrifice was something the Ancient Greeks usually accused their enemies of to make them seem monstrous. In some versions, Artemis replaces Iphigenia with a ram at the last second and takes her away to be part of her divine hunting party (but everyone still thinks Iphigenia really died) and in others she doesn’t. But idk. I always got the feeling Agamemnon was being tested in some way and he massively failed. Coupled with his treatment of Apollo’s priest…this man was making enemies of the twins at every turn and that never ends well in Greek Mythology. O_O
