Aoife turning in her grave - while I squirm at your tone - when you describe "Isabella being "given" to Sir William Marshall when he "escorted" the now beautiful........".....sickening .....When really he stripped Isabella of everything - why make it sound romantic ? - Certainly a long way from Irish marriage law and custom.
