My great-great grandparents arrived in 1800s from Northern Ireland. Their children became very prosperous, one even being allowed into The Social Register being the 1st Irish Catholic to do so. A big deal back in the day.

It used to be called Bostonia. Before that it was just Crossing on Post Road. Native Americans lived in the woods and pretty much left the white people alone.
