Great film. My grandparents moved to Brockton during the depression to find work in the shoe industry. My Dad worked in the shoe industry his whole life. He retired in his mid 70's after working for Foot Joy for over 30 years.

I was born in the South Shore. I have family who left Brockton for similar reasons. Many people have told me the same thing, but I haven't heard a lot about Brockton in recent years. Maybe it's better now. ✌️❤️🔮
