Redlands is the replacement for Santa Monica's Promenade. Restaurants and bars galore. The only thing is that they axed Thursday night Market Night that was packed, fun, and a great sales mechanism for artists. Market Night and the Redlands Amphitheatre summer concert programs are what made Redlands fun.

Why does the reporter keep referring to the city as "The Redlands." Isn't it just Redlands?

It used to be fun. Market night has been replaced by cranky downtown businesses and bad drivers.

The problem is that there are not ENOUGH police patrolling around at night during a violent time for people who don't even live or are from Redlands. It's a shame that the city has done little to nothing about it and no officers are even patrolling around bikes. If I lived back in Redlands I would have totally let the city council have it. Corrupt politicians that accomplish nothing in that town have gone on for far too long and the roads are a prime example.

The police are the criminals themselves, including the city council and the school district. Nothing but a bunch of chomos. 😆👎
