Scars are a result of the hardware device being implanted and removed from the legs you can pay to have them faded more later. Yes you can strengthen your legs in recovery

hello Vic , I have a little question My height is 173 cm (5'8) and my is wingspan 184 cm (6'0.5) , I been think about getting Quadrilateral lengthening surgery (15 cm) after that , is its possible to do arm lengthening ? Hmmm interesting. I can’t say without seeing but I wouldn’t think you’d need arm lengthening for appearance and in my opinion wouldn’t think the humerus could tolerate more than 5cm max safely based on what I know. HGH is something that’s also overkill if you’re eating optimally and giving bones time. Plus it’s always risky even when administered by a physician
