Ancient Samoan were The Giant Slayers of the Pacific. Freeing itself and other islands of the Pacific, from giant cannabal kings. And ending the Togan empire and freeing all islands under Togan rule. Samoan influence brang peace in the Pacific and they we're well known for strong brave warriors. Samoa being the 1st country to become independent in1962.

If you look at what the Polynesians/Maori ate in old times they had the perfect diet, if you look at Bodybuilders today what do they mainly eat? Chicken or fish, greens and Kumara (sweet potato), Polynesians/Maori ate exactly that but also with micro-nutrients from a variety of shellfish (i.e Kina rich in protein and zinc etc), also 100% clean spring water, Taro and variety of 100% organic greens. That's why the majority lived well over 100 years of age!
