It’s a hard thing to balance in any mmo, offensive capabilities of something designed to be tanky…seen it time and time again. It’s just a broken concept for PvP. You can’t have it both ways.

For me, I am most excited to see a tank class that is viable for both PvE and PvP. So sad that Tanks are often useless in PvP. Oct 25th cant come soon enough! HAIL BTTC!!!!!!!

I would give some reaction ability to tanks when they block. Type of shield bash when they successfully block at the cost of exposing themselves. Hell, I would give that to every class. Riposte for thieves, for example. Especially Duelist. Quick elemental blast of your choosing if you block with staves as a mage and so on.

All is good except that red jelly wall. Actual shield wall appearing-Now that would be something. Just hovering spectral shields stacked on top of each other with maybe spears poking out through gaps. Slightly appearing above ground and then just drops on a ground with a thud? I like it. Reminds me of some ability from some other game, but I can't recall which one. League of legends?

@@nataslaih In a way. Idea came to me by mixing of LoL Azir's Emperor's Divide ability, Anthena's Shield Wall from Smite and Vikings shield wall and Greek phalanx. I would remove warriors because of visual clutter and would just leave transparent stacked up spectral shields.

I just hope it functions almost exactly like the Juggernaut in SWTOR. PvP or pve, that is the best “tank” I have ever played in any game in the last 30+ years

@@LoreForged I played pretty much all of the classes as my “main” at one point or another, but Juggs are just so unique in MMOs. I mained a Prot Pally in WoW before it was cool to do so, and there is just no comparison, especially in PvP, for example.
