2 years later, it has been done.
You might have seen a video on @Timothy-San 's channel called "History of The Big 7 Film Companies - Logo Edition" that he released back in 2020. Now it's updated for 2023 but go deeper.
Here is what's new:
1. The timeline no longer starts in 1910.
2. More companies, Gaumont, Pathé, Titanus, Sprixie Studios, Nordisk, Fox Benedict, Nikkatsu, Universal Imperial, Kalamaar Pictures, and THX were added.
3. Secondary logos were added (not all of them are included).
4. Some logo dates were corrected.
5. A background was added.
6. All logos are reorganized to match their foundation years.
7. No more squished logos.
There's a lot more, but the list might get too long.
Here are some important time events:
1895 and 1896: Gaumont is formed. A year later, Pathé would be formed.
1904: Titanus is formed. With the first ever logo from Pathé being spotted.
1905: Sprixie Studios (our company that changed America forever), was formed.
1906: Nordisk Film is formed.
1910: Fox Productions is formed.
1912: Paramount, Universal, and Nikkatsu are formed.
1915: Fox Film and Metro Pictures are formed.
1917: Goldwyn Pictures is formed.
1918: Louis B. Mayer Pictures and CBC Film Sales are formed.
1921: Imperial Film gets an on-screen logo.
1922: Universal Imperial is formed but shares the same logo as the main Universal company until 1997.
1923: Warner Bros. and Disney are formed.
1924: MGM is formed from the merger of MPC, GPC, and LBMP and CBC Film Sales is renamed to Columbia.
1925: Fox Imperial Productions is formed from the merger of Fox Productions and Imperial Film.
1933: 20th Century Pictures, Inc. is formed.
1935: 20th Century Fox is formed from the merger of Fox Film and 20th Century Pictures Inc.
1940: After nearly 36 years, Titanus finally gets an On-screen logo.
1946: Universal is renamed to Universal International.
1953: With the introduction of CinemaScope, a bunch of logos change to fit in with the new Scope era. Apart from our company, Gaumont, Nordisk, Universal, and Nikkatsu.
1956: Jackie and Tanner are removed in Favour of George.
1957: Leo replaces George as the longest lasting MGM lion.
1963: Universal International is reverted back to its former name.
1968: A couple of logos get changed.
1969: Color is introduced in North and South Occitania on Nov 10, 1969.
1970: The first reorganization occurs.
1974: MGM celebrates its Golden Anniversary.
1980: Kalamaar Limited is formed.
1983: Walt Disney Productions is renamed to Walt Disney Pictures. And THX, a sound system, is formed.
1984: The Shield for WB returns, and MGM celebrates 60 years.
1985: Fox Imperial Productions is renamed to Fox Imperial Pictures.
1986: Paramount celebrates 75 years, with it continuing in 1987, and Titanus changes its logo for the first time since 1953.
1990: Universal celebrates 75 years.
1994: MGM celebrates 70 years, and FIP and TCF get new CGI logos.
1995: Our company receives a CGI logo update, along with Disney for PIXAR films, and Gaumont celebrates 100 years.
1996: Nordisk celebrates 90 years.
1997: Universal Imperial gets its a logo, being similar to the main 1997 logo.
1999 and 2000: The 2nd reorganization occurs. And Kalamaar also celebrates 20 years that same year.
2002: Paramount celebrates 90 years.
2005: Our company, "Sprixie Studios" celebrates its 100th Anniversary. Kalamaar also celebrates 25 years as well.
2006: Nordisk celebrates 100 years.
2010: 20th Century Fox celebrates 75 years.
2011 and 2012: Paramount, Universal, and Nikkatsu celebrate 100 years.
2015: Gaumont celebrates 120 years.
2020: 20th Century Fox and Fox Imperial Pictures are renamed to 20th Century Studios and Fox Benedict Pictures. Kalamaar also celebrates 40 years.
2022: Universal Imperial celebrates 100 years.
2023: WB and Disney celebrate 100 years, FBP is renamed to FBS, and Kalamaar Limited is renamed to Kalamaar Pictures.
