Brother it was a ceasefire resolution given by Poland to stop the 1971 war between India and Pakistan, It would be beneficial for Pakistan but Bhutto sb tore this resolution that caused Pakistan To lose it one part . Bhutto thought we would fight in East Pakistan unaware of ground realities. hope you'll get the answer
