Terrific. Well produced. I appreciate real reasons and development. Class displays & interactions were special.

“I guess she got the biggest slice.” 😂 I always gawk at that gothic looking house on Rt 20. I think it’s beautiful. Sure hope you guys can keep doing these! 🤞

Nicely done, Don & Justyna. I'm coming along for the ride. Speaking of rides . . . I love the Buick!

We loved driving the car. Took a while to get use to the big wheel but JK handled it well :)

There's no escaping Don Rittner - here, there, and everywhere :) Well-done, and a story that been long overdue to be told. I love Route 20 and have travelled it all the way across the state a couple of times because it's vastly more interesting than the "tasteless, soulless NYS Thruway, no matter how much they jazz up the rest areas, and because it touches the soul of upstate NY. Looking forward to savoring each and every episode.

My husbands 2nd great grandfather, Isaac Bowerman was born in Duanesburg in 1837. Isaac's father Elisha, my husband's 3rd great grandfather was born in 1818 in Schenectady. They were Quakers.

Very cool. The former town historian for Duanesburg was also a Quaker.

I need to verify if I’m related to Schoolcraft (Henry). Perhaps one day. Good first episode! Her name was Johnston… she was also a writer. In fact it’s thought Jane deserved more credit for her contributions to H. Schoolcraft books during her lifetime. ❤

Yeah it was a typo and too late to change it unfortunately.

Most of the bottles shown were not made there. Albany glass works is located under 787 in Albany

Sorry but that is Fort Orange you are thinking of not the Albany Glass Works. Watch the show again. Lou Ismay excavated the site in the early 60s and I did in the 70s. We know where it is :)
