It's NO good saying the B29 is all better than the Lancaster when it was nearly the Lancaster bomber that had to drop the atom bombs on Japan in WW2 because the B29 was no good to do it until it was sorted out to do so ! I only found this out thanks to Mr Felton !
@rayjames6096
@rayjames6096 2 жыл бұрын
That report from Felton is made up, the Lancaster didn't have the range from any potential island takeoff point and was never seriously considered, another content maker did a video addressing Feltons claims and methodically took apart his false story...Felton was blatantly lying.

I saw a AN 124 fly over my house on the way to Fort Worth Alliance airport a few years back ..I could hear those turbines coming, I knew it was nothing American, abruptly I went outside and there it was, about 200 meters over top of me ..Impressive, to say the least..

The Ohio class submarines are considered to be the most powerful machines ever created by humans. However, in terms of size, the Russian "Typhoon" class submarines are the largest and most impressive, boasting a swimming pool and a formidable arsenal of 20 R-39 missiles, each carrying 10 warheads capable of multiple re-entry. These submarines are highly complex and possess destructive power capable of wiping out the entire Earth. They are undoubtedly the most powerful machines ever created by mankind since the discovery of fire.

This is riddled with number/graph mistakes. A Tu-160 has a top speed of "2,200 kilometers". Not per hour. An altitude of "9,708 metres", why so precise, is it 9,709 with a skinnier crew? Is it lower than the An-124's ceiling of "up to 10,000 metres"? The Tu-160 is 13.1m tall and the Mars is 12m, but the bigger An-124 is only 4.3m? (probably tail vs fuselage) The Mars at 36m- twice the length of a bowling lane, so it shows lanes side by side? A 332m aircraft carrier "nearly a kilometer long"? How do I conceptualize the loudness of 8 million car alarms? The B-52 has a range of *"over* 25,000 km", which the graphic shows as "

I wonder are bombers still a viable weapons deployment system? In the era of smart long range bombs to modern interceptor aircraft, is it not a waste of money and manpower to keep them on. I could be wrong.

I was glad to hear that the French Navy decided to reverse their decision and build the new aircraft carrier to replace Charles DeGaule. But there's a glaring hole in our allies' capability that needs to be addressed soon. I'm referring to a neglect to address the lack of a modern anti ship missile in an inventory of France and GB. There's a program of record that's been around for over 7 years, that plans to develop a hypersonic anti ship/land attack cruise missile called Perseus, to replace the Exocet, Harpoon, SCALP and Tomahawk . But the lack of money and political will resulted in a delay that will see this missile becoming operational in Anglo-French Navies in 2030s. That's almost 20 years from the start of the program to it's initial operational deployment. 20 years to develop a new missile?? That's abysmal. Hopefully the impending Russian threat will shake up our European allies (especially Germany) and convince them to put the development of the missile on a fast track, as a crucial military capability that's badly needed. Pentagon realized this 7 years ago and fastly developed stop gap measures with the LRASM, NSM, maritime Tomahawk and SM-6, while developing a true next gen hypersonic anti ship missile.

This "docco" is really poor on facts - the American guy talking about armoured vehicles is confused between armanent and arnour. They are talking about Strykers but showinf BTRs, they are making simple mistakes betwen feet and meters when talking about ships - Nimitz class are about 1/3 of 1km long 3 feet to the meter (approx) . Its kinda shit. Muppets.
