I love how when he tried kicking open the gate it barely even budged, so he had to just push it open.
@davidclick29715 жыл бұрын
He can kick much harder than that. It just caught on the ground, lol.
@romeolimaoscar2476 жыл бұрын
wth with his penalty?! it's not his fault that the chains holding the wood were weak!
@noahsalvio96496 жыл бұрын
He correctly cut the wood of the one directly after that one, which had the same strength chains. It was about technique.

@kev3d5 жыл бұрын
Noah Salvio Wood varies greatly in strength, even wood from the same tree can be strong at some points, weak on others. The first piece of wood could have simply been more dense than the second, thus compromising the chain, or the anchor point, before the rest of the block.

The vids old n my reply simply doesn’t matter but, the penalty was correct G, he just failed the technique required, with that he had to chop at a slight angle witch he failed to and chopped head on

I noticed they have Travis Wuertz on here the guy's more than qualified especially since he's won Forged In Fire twice.
@Menuki Жыл бұрын
Craziest thing for me is I’ve known Travis for over a decade from knife shows. He always has his lanisher, TW-90, generally considered the best belt grinder money can buy. It wasn’t until the show came out did I discover he can actually make knives…and very well to boot. I just always knew him as the machine guy. He’s as nice and as welcoming as he seems
@aaronandrewmonterola7394 Жыл бұрын
1.) Change the penalty system into a bonus point system it sound better if they completed a task. 2.) The box cutter chain it all the way through so as not to look like a blind folded kid trying to hit a moving piñata. I get it that it needs to be hard to hit but seeing the blades gets stuck and all isn’t pleasing. (Sometimes I think, just give those guys a baseball bat😅) 3.) The commentator stating edge geometry on the ice block chop? Huh!? It was mean’t to break the blades edge for the next level to see if it still has an edge. 4.) I love this spin off please make a season 3 😊

If you don't have to fight with it, just chopping and cutting he made everything right. Don't need a point, enough mass, wide blade makes cuts easier/ also better edge alignment.. good thing
@davidclick29715 жыл бұрын
It was actually designed to be a chopping and cutting tool like a machete like many blades used in Kali. The top is sharpened so while it may not be good for stabbing between bones to get organs, it will still be useful in thrusts.

Major difference between this and Forged in Fire: The judges on that show have charisma. I like them. These judges are fine, but half the time they contradict each other or give useless comments on how the contestants should have done. Its useless because it will never go anywhere, it's just words. I get it, this isn't a big brainer show, it's like American Gladiators out of Forged in Fire, but it could be even bigger if they got judges you cared about.
@faik34275 жыл бұрын
So those who complain about forged knives going through the strength test before the sharpness test . This sword went through more than the judges strength test but still no chipping or lost in sharpness.

The rope one I think the rope should be tethered to the ground
@davidclick29715 жыл бұрын
If it was tethered he would've had no problem with it. They purposely don't tether it to make it harder. You have to swing very quick and straight at the correct angle. If you watch the slow-mo, wrist kind of twists just enough to give the rope a chance to move.
