In an another history channel of historical women; they say that Queen Caroline might have most likely die because of how her doctors operated on her with old tactics instead of the new tactics she had helped bring to light or made popular. This was without any type of painkiller or sedative in other words and even so she was actually chemically cheerful despite her dire condition in her final days.
