Hit can not destroy a planet. He is so effective because he knows how to hit pressure points and vital organs and of course his time skip. But his actual strength is likely near someone like ultimate gohan in canon. He also does not focus on ki. His character is so interesting because of that

@vofse that's just not true he does not use ki in the same way other characters do. His power is derived from his time skip ability. He can't then use time skip to blow up a planet.

you undersold imo the time skip/jump spike move, it's extremely strong as it guarantees 1 bar of health if your opponent tries to go into instant sparking. Cool ass character would be top tier if he had 4 bars

Hits strikes are potent enough to destroy planets, he just doesn’t usually use techniques with the effective range of destruction to pull that off. I doubt he’s incapable, but being an assassin, that’s probably rarely ever necessary, and probably more detrimental than anything.
