I purchased one of theses (albeit under a different name) 1st one lasted a month, gear head fail, second one battery died at 1 day, third so far ok. Useful, yes for very light work. You get what you pay for

Yes, the more i use it i find even with a full charge the battery doesnt last very long either.

can i drill a wall with this drill? Can I pierce the wall with 24 volts of this as well?

This little one i would say no, but the 24 volt should be up for the challenge but unsure until i get one myself if its any good.
