This show's pacing is on point. Keeps turning up every other episode pretty much. Kikoru and reno could be new squadron captain and vice caption in the future, melee and ranged like squad 3 or whatever it's called. As long as this show keeps producing this quality of antagonist and maintains this pacing it's gonna be awesome.

Kikoru with her axe is so badass! 🔥❤💪🏾 that's the moment I fell in love with her in the manga 😂 & I would have loved to see the captain in action but she conveniently wasn't there 😩 I love all the characters tho not just Kafka

Did not expect our boy Reno with Kikoru so well. There better be some jealousy from Iharu lol. But that was prob my fav part. Also when she ran in with the giant axe, I thought it was another street sign for some reason like an idiot. Episode was fire. I hope Mina drops in to wipe the Kaiju out ORRRRR we get a Hoshina x Kafka reveal to save him. The former preferred though.

Love the show but hate that Kafka is randomly stronger than all other Kaiju while doing absolutely nothing to warrant it. I wish he had to eat something or sacrifice something other than trust when he turns.

Could not disagree more. It’s not like he can just transform willy nilly. One of the biggest risks/balancing acts for him is keeping it a secret. Yea, he is powerful, but he would immediately be killed if Mina had the opportunity to. There’s no way he would be able to fight back due to not wanting to harm them. Also, just because she’s a higher fortitude than Kaiju no 10, doesn’t mean he couldn’t die or get his ass beat. Kafka is still figuring the ins and outs of being a Kaiju. He is far from an “invincible” character for the sake of it. In many ways he’s a bit of a glass cannon right now.
