no hate to any of the dancers on this show (they're all super talented!) but what sets shownu apart from the other idol dancers, imo, is that you can tell he's a genuine dancer. his dancing isn't forced or done to just put on a fun show, it actually showcases his raw talent. there's a noticeable difference between people who are trained to dance and people are born to dance, and shownu was born to dance. ^^

it seems that this show relies a lot on the visual elements and getting that wow reaction, instead of focusing on the dancer's talent. shownu is so unbelievably talented and his dancing is so natural, it's almost like he was made to dance. i really like all the performances and the fancy sets and stuff but shownu's performances are more so showcasing his talent, rather than focusing on the concept and going all out with crazy hair, outfits, sets and props.

Shownu has always been an awkward turtle and it's really awesome to see that he improved so much. Although to others it looks like nothing but a blank face, a fan like me can kinda sense what he's feeling even though it doesn't show much. Shownu is a born dancer. He dances so gracefully. He knows every move and he performs it smoothly. He is not a sloppy and all over the place dancer. His body control is amazing I can just watch him dance all day. Plus he is so well built and handsome! The manliest ever!

I know that Shownu is happiest when he's dancing with his friends, and this is just one example that he is a true dancer. I like his cute awkwardness. He's not a man of many words because he doesn't know the right words to express himself. However, you allow him to use his body, and that man can express everything. I personally feel that if he wasn't an idol, he should be in a dance group/company. I really tried to not fall for Shownu, since I know that it's dangerous to do so. Despite my efforts, I really want him to succeed and have a good happy life, dancing and performing. He works so hard and he deserves to be recognized for it.

I can clearly say that he has needed more assertive, fancy stages. His potential is out of this competition. I am a dancer either, the way he express the moves indicates his ability. Yes, his all choreographies are really cool, but after watching the other competitors, I realized that just having a extraordinary dance ability or showing hard moves is not enough per se.
