We bought an Air Plasma Cutter Inverter Pilot Arc welder. Our plasma cutter worked for only a few seconds and died. We want a full refund. Customer service so far has been terrible - we do not want to pay for replacement parts, we do not want an exchange for a lesser plasma cutter especially because it is still under warranty!! Because no one has been willing to exchange the exact plasma cutter then a full refund is in order under warranty. We have been trying to get this resolved for MONTHS and this is not acceptable!
