Hitler has waited a long time for a Legacy of Kain sequel and gets furious when he finds out how advanced they were into the making of Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun.

Please don't lose sight of Legacy of Kains literary essence and poetic core by supplementing it with irrelevant/new elements. Stay loyal to the fanbase by succeeding the previous storyline with elements which respect Nosgoths prerequisite lore. It is fine to have a new protagonist but please don't omit the original context of the Universe. The voice acting in this one wasnt nearly as great as the previous incarnations (the accent is different.). Take a chapter out of bloodbornes aesthetics. (in terms of voice acting and scenery.) Legacy of Kain was meant to be made out in the form of a play not just another storyboard hack and slash. Respect the lore! And take notes from the success of previous games. We have waited too long for error. Maybe the lack of Amy Hennig is the problem. Legacy of Kain is art. Don't ruin it.

It has been proven that 10 games in general were cancelled, including soul reaver 2 on ps1 Post-defiance there were works only on defiance follow up with kain only and after the dead sun reboot was number 2, nothing more after defiance Dead sun had raziel's concept art even in 3d Still, shame we didn't get these Both would have been amazing, I'm sure Fun fact - crystal dynamics announced a closed testing within 2 months. ... maybe it's just tomb raider ... or perhaps something from lok ... soul reaver remake, perhaps? Don't put the saga on the pedestal, it was very decent from the plot perspective but gameplay wise certain elements were trash - enemy respawns, rare save stations, clunky combat and cheap tricks such as backtracking to make SR2 longer for instance, cristal dynamics showed here and in avengers that they struggle with fluid gameplay, even if defiance was a big step forward. Good game story with archaic gameplay solutions. A fitting description. Only defiance seems to be finishable for a current casual gamer
