I Absolutely hate this mission , there are literal snipers who spot you for no reason EVEN when your in disguise like what???

Huh didn't expect the briefing, video and all to be almost exactly identical to the previous mission. I guess that was intentional since you still are only reaching the target?

If you replay the mission the briefing will appear. But yes, probably intentional but a bit useless in my opinion.

So, in my PS2 the briefing appears, bit not the guns to bring with me, I ALWAYS start the mission WITHOUT ANY GUNS and also i don't have the option to take them too bruh 😭😭 (I actually played this game like a 100 times but it have always been like this)
