I still dont know how Forsaken got 1:44, he did a very good run, even he himself couldnt believe it, with application of this logic, the best possible time you can get would be 1:41.

Wait, 1 shot + 1 CE + 1 enemy killed isn't SA here? Great run, but I'm so perplexed by the H2 stats at this point. Unless CE has slightly more "value" than a regular alert?

No, you are right 1 shot + 1 CE + 1 enemy killed is indeed a possibility, but you get 1 HS from shooting Hayamoto and you cant have that, neither in Contracts. Shotgun one kills him, but you get an alert. This isnt like in Contracts where sometimes if you headshot someone it wont show up in the final stats, which can be potentially a valuable strat, unfortunately, not in this game though.

I always thought that the one-shot kill without a HS was a result of hitting some other one-hit-kill hitbox that wasn't exactly the head, like in the neck or something. Can you wield a crossbow while in the ninja outfit?

I tried and you cant, i wouldnt experiment with it just to save 1 second. The exploid happens in H2 as well though, i remember i shot with ballers and got 2 shots fired with 0 HS once, but there might be a neck hitbox where it kills an enemy from 2 shots.

I know that crossbow can 1 shot kill without headshot. The hitbox is somewhere on the neck.

Shit wer this is fucking crazy... Btw how consistent is the guard at the top? Because this is a really good strat that I probably would want to use in my future runs

Sometimes i died from the shots itself, but mostly I got guards are alerted from him shooting, probably around half of the time one of those problems occurs. I dont think its worth doing for the cost of losing 3-5 seconds, but try yourself

ah ok I see, I know my current strat works atm. (kill first guard and hayamoto with fibre wire) I was curious if the guard shoots causes an alert which is the case. But I'll try it out later.
