More games need a dynamic flowing soundtrack like this. I know it's a lot of work for the composer, but having the music constantly reacting to how the player goes through the mission adds so much to the moment.

The extraction theme is so fucking badass it is unreal. You have just killed one of the shadow client's top lieutenants and you have a lot of work to do now. All of the mercenaries are probing the beach for you, as you have parked your boat in a risky spot and they are worried about intruders, but no matter, you run through in plain sight without getting spotted, in the most silent way possible. Welcome to Hitman 2, this is your new status quo.

As it descends from 6:44 into what is the moment of absolute concentration of your mission ahead. All the guards are suspicious of you, the target is asleep and your left with the suspense of your heartbeat. That to me is the best music of any hitman level. Just the pounding heart of it. I absolutely love this levels music. And even as a female player, kinda makes me feel what a man assassin would feel as he was about to unleash himself! Amazing. I really hope they do more Hitman games.

Interesting how both Hawke's Bay and Isle Of Sgail use the same intro (violins?) as they're the start and end of H2 respectively.
@Max_J20015 жыл бұрын
Except this one doesn't have the choir in the background like the Isle of Sgail tracks do. But otherwise this is the same, albeit slightly shorter.
@iansteenblock50104 жыл бұрын
I think more interesting is that 47s motives are entirely different the first time this plays compared to the second. The song feels like there's urgency to the mission both times but it's for different reasons.

@matttheheckingweeb34623 жыл бұрын
Nightcall is probably one of my least favorite missions in the trilogy and until I forced myself to repeatedly replay it to get all the achievements, I never noticed how good the soundtrack for this level was. The music is mysterious, spooky and apprehensive, complementing the overall gloomy yet hostile and urgent feel to the level very well. I love the haunting howls in some of the stealth tracks, they kind of make your hair raise up. I also like how the Intro and Escape themes foreshadow the Isle of Sgail, too. The unique exfiltration theme also sets Hawke's Bay apart from the other levels. It's bouncy, groovy, and very catchy. It's kinda hard not to tap your foot or bob your head to it. One last thing: I know it ironically appears in every level _but_ Hawke's Bay, but the Mission Story theme is great, too. It building up and adding more instruments as you progress through the mission story makes you more and more eager to see the death you're preparing for your target. For some reason it also gives me a _Despicable Me_ vibe, lol.

I have a request, can youplease upload Hitman 2016 Hokkaido mission music specially the traditional Japanese or (maybe Chinese specifically) playing in the background. I try to find it everywhere but I couldn't find. Maybe you can extract the music from game itself and edit and play it in loops to make a bigger audio. Please if you can.

I really hate how HITMAN 2 and III made the combat soundtrack the same across maps, unlike HITMAN (2016). It feels repetitive and a bit lazy... but I guess you aren't really supposed to hear it often, given that it's a stealth game. Great music overall, though.

"Welcome home Alma and Guest." "Its Orson! Or-son!" "Oooh, fancy place. I suppose Alma has one hell of an expense account. How much did the boss loot from that Cross guy? Was it three billion?" "Something like that. But actually this is Alma's old safehouse from her Bonnie and Clyde days with Sean Rose. Huh, guess left-wing terrorism pays better than you think." "Haha yeah that or she shot the owner. Still I gotta say this is a swanky place to lay low. Its got house AI, voice control and everything." "Kickass security system too. Of course she never turns it on because of Max, apparently he's so big the sensors treat him as an intruder." "Why not just lock him in the garage?" "Hah, Orson tried that and uhh...well Max ate the tires on his SUV and half a bicycle. Heheh, no. Max doesn't like to be tied down..." "Well they do say pets do tend to take after their owners." "Eh, that's gotta be deep enough. What you afraid we're gonna set the beach on fire?" "No, but we don't want animals digging up the charred bones. Especially not Max. You fellas bring the drums of kerosene?" "They're in the back of the truck. Plenty of juice for two." "Poor bastards. Hey Reynard tell you who they were?" "Now why would I wanna know a thing like that? You in the market for some inner demons, Nash? Cause I'll sell you some of mine no worries." "Well no its just that...we weren't supposed to kill civilians, boss's orders." "Well maybe if someone haven't been cheap on the chloroform moneybags here wouldn't have woken up and torn Alma's mask off, then maybe him and the missus would still be alive. Just food for thought." "Oh real nice..." "Knock it off! Its nobody's fault. Best laid plans and all that. These folks are collateral damage there's no point in knowing their life stories. Besides this is Alma's operation, the boss got a problem with our methods he'll take it up with her, so just dig the hole and light 'em up." "I second that. Anyway, how many is that off the kill list?" "Lets see uhh...the boss took down Eugene Cobb, the Milton and Fitzpatrick CEO and Thomas Cross the media mogul all on his own. Since the Militia was formed we've taken down five more of the bastards. That construction CEO in Shanghai. Lady from Blueseed Pharmaceuticals. Dan Ziger the insurance mogul in Berlin. Ferris and Martin the retail giant. Rex Larson the shipping king. And tonight we hit Rupert Pearce the CEO of Dynasty Global. Hmph, can't wait to see that smug prick bite the pavement." "Kidnapping the VP's family and blackmailing him to kill his own boss. Alma sure has a scary brain sometimes." "Yeah, question is...what's it all good for?" "What's it all good for? Providence is an Octopus and we're tearing off its limbs one by one. Media, shipping, farmer, now online retail. Even if they do kill us all Providence will spend years repairing the damage. Besides Orson says one of their operatives is ready to defect. Knox the tech guy? Yeah we got them sons of bitches rattled...sooner or later we'll get to someone who knows the higher ups and then...whack." "Yeah unless nobody knows anything and we're basically chasing ghosts." "Shit they're not Gods, Nash! Just clever suits! If there's a weak link---and trust me there is---the boss will find it." "And if the two of you don't dig any faster we'll have a crab buffet on our hands...just saying." "Yeah..."
