I really like that the dialogue changes based on who 47 disguises as. If it was a soldier, the band members would be more respectful and fearful, if it was the tourist outfit they would address him casually and 47 would crack more jokes, if you meet them as the drummer one of them would point out the shaved head. These kind of details make me appreciate the game even more.

Indeed they are related, Rico's his younger cousin. And Fernando adopted Andrea Martinez, another target in this mission. Actually, if 47 disguises as the bartender in this mission and talks to P-Power, he says that he's had experience with the Delgado Cartel in the past, which is a direct and obvious reference to Manuel and Fernando Delgado from Blood Money.

47 making all Delgados extinct, whether they be by blood (Fernando, Manuel, Rico, Hector), by marriage (Catalina) or even adopted by law (Andrea) :D Hector and Catalina are optional, but still have challenges to have them killed.

@@mateoooo0o It's a common glitch in this mission, I'm afraid. The whole level occasionally has this, like if you do the hippo mission story and Rico takes about a million years to arrive. It proves to be really annoying, especially in SA/SO playthroughs. I suggest you restart the mission, and if that doesn't work, then I don't know.

Probably because some npcs have witnessed you doing crime in band member's disguise. You will not be able to blen in as long the witness npc be pacified/terminated
