For Level 5, you can also use the starting location in the school, where you are already disguised as an elite soldier. You have to walk to the tunnel, but once you're there, it's way easier than doing it SO.

Only one guy (aside from the main mission's targets for two different mission stories) travels the entire length of the tunnel and that's a soldier at the shoe shop who you can knock out for a keycard. Which he takes quite a while to get moving on his own unless you trigger his dialogue sequence with the other soldier in that shop. Something else that'll delay him even further is the body of the soldier you kill in this escalation.

You can take a Shotgun with a silencer in the Garage Room when you unlocked ready and no one can hear the shot.
