Very happy to have this one completed. This was a bitch. If anyone is struggling with the guy in the Library, the trick is to garrote the judge, quickly take his disguise and ***SPRINT!!!!*** to the library. You have to get there as early as possible to have a clear window without the two other guards. (make sure you put away your fiber wire...very easy to forget and garrote the guy instead of subduing) Don't worry about hiding the judge's body yet until you're ready to get the female usher. Garrote the judge, grab the disguise, and RUN directly to the library door. If you get there too late when he's walking away from the second shelf, might as well restart. Timing is critical.

Why it doesnt unlock part1, when i subdue judge, and subdue first usher?

You actually can do part 3 subtle, not that you need to. But if you attract enough people into the judges office tinfoil hat guy is one of the last ones to come in alone. Found that out while doing a suit-only run, attracted everyone one by one into the office and took them out

There is always 2 guards in the the library when the 1st usher is in the correct position

1st usher is never where he should be and i have 2 guards in there at the same time don`t matter what way i do it i get spotted

When I take out the usher in the library, I don't get credit for the challenge.
