Tip: you can kill Parchezzi without chasing him down. You need to bring a silenced SMG or a pair of silenced Silverballers (with the automatic fire upgrade) Before you enter the room where the cutscene happens, enter first-person mode, bring out your gun/s, and point forward. Wait for the cutscene to finish, and just as the bomb explodes there should be just a moment where you can pull the trigger and fire. If you time your aim right, you should kill Parchezzi. Why you need a full-auto weapon for this is because once the bomb blows it'll push you forward and you lose control for a moment. You have to "guide" your spray of bullets to kill Parchezzi, but it saves you all the trouble of chasing after him.

FYI, in case you didn't know (and it's practically cheating) if you holster a long gun in your left hand, and pull out your detonator, it makes the gun appear invisible to everybody. Like you're not even holding a gun lol. Very strange glitch that is not patched to this day. Metal detectors will still fuck you though. Again, great work.

There's a super easy method for getting past the metal detectors with all of your weapons on you. When you start the mission, go through the doors and drop a coin in the left corner of the room. The guard that scans you for weapons will walk over to investigate and as soon as he crosses the left side of the room the gate opens and you can run right through and no one will care.

I did this mission almost the same as you did. Here is what I did different: Firstly I bought an upgrade for the snipercase which makes it undetectable for the metal detectors. secondly, instead of getting that worker outfit, after I put the riflecase onto the metal detector, I turned left and went to the toilet. I placed a mine to the toilet paper and made the marine closest to the toilet to follow me into the toilet. I sedated him and took his clothes.

also if you manage to get a silverballer with penetrating bullets in you can shoot parchezzi through the door and no annoying running scene :D

Or if you didn't get penetrating bullets you can lay a mine outside the final door he runs out of into the office and detonate it as soon as you get up, the timing happens to work out great.

While entering the west wing you follow the smoker rather than entering before him, the secret service agent will go to the cabinet, but wait before entering the 'room with the secret service outfit', the agent might see you while you're entering. You can also get the museum staff uniform without using the sedative, there is a guy bathing in the staff bathroom, the uniform is kept behind him, just sneak behind him so doesn't see you change, but it's really tricky to get into the bathroom as there is a lot of coin tossing involved, after doing this you can only get the US marine outfit on the roof of east wing when one marine goes up to do something... I don't know what though, he just circles the staircase once. The rifle really helped though, I sucked while shooting with the deagle, 47's aim sucks. It is... One of the Hardest missions in Blood Money...

In the first game, you can scan it in the final mission on a scanner at Ort-Meyer's asylum. Doing so kills you. Apparently if people scan it in real life, it turns out to be a barcode for a dildo holder or something.

If you upgrade your sniper rifle you can upgrade the briefcase to be undetectable to sensors, meaning you can go through the entrance without being detected.

Hey, did you know that you can buy the rifle case at mission briefing, select weapons, upgrade, misc. Equipment, item number 10 "Foil Padded Suitcase" this rifle case is non-detectable, so it will not be detected at a metal detector.

You don't have to go that far out to shoot Parchezzi. Put your rifle case on the other side of that thing near the door (where it won't be picked up by another agent and brought back inside), then unpack it, go into sneak mode, and just lean slightly past the edge of the wall, and he won't see you, and you can get a clean shot right between the eyes.

Am I the only one who thouth that Mark parthezzi the 3rd was such a cool enemy with his looks, gun AND deep voice that you were hoping some kind of DLC or hitman game where you play as him and do all the missions where in bloodmoneys newspaper "albino assassin" was writen about. here's a trick i'd want to share: 1.once you started, leave sniper next to the tree. 2. knock out civilian with briefcase at the other side of the bus. 3. notify marine on the left by tossing coin ( this would cause him to start marching ahead leaving the other marine standing at the door) 4. wait for marine to see your sniper case. 5. once he takes your snipercase human shield him take him to the other side of the bus where you took down the tourist. 6. knock him out take his clothes.

You don't have to throw it over the fence. If you have upgraded it with the foil padded interior, it goes through without getting detected.

Also I did it without the sniper rifle, the silenced pistol with scope is enough (which you can get through the detectors by smuggling it into the civilians suitcase at the beginning of the mission)

It's probably a smart move to get the unattended secret service outfit, because for some reason, no matter where I hide the smoker, they discover his body and my disguise gets compromised. GOOD WALKTHROUGH!! :D

If you want to use the upgraded case, then by all means do! That's the beauty of this game, there are a hundred and one ways to do every mission! :)

wow, i just finished the entire mission, made it all the way to the bathroom and got murdered by the guards. Some how the guards that were by the vice president began opening fire as soon as they saw me pass by that area again (even though i was wearing an entirely different outfit, and was no where near the door) this is why they should allow you one save i didn't even do anything wrong yet failed the whole mission because of some stupid fucking bug.

The two guards outside came inside and then several minutes later one guard went out and I killed him and took his suit then stole the video tapes and went to vice presidents room killed him disposed him in the container then went and killed CIA agent took his suit then went to that another targets room(Forgot his name) chased him killed him with pistol and escaped easiest way.....
