UPDATE FOR HITMAN 3!!! First, all hail MrFreeze2244! He is a Legend. If you’re playing on Hitman 3, (possibly Hitman 2, but I just tried this tutorial today) you’ll notice some difficulty with NPC awareness. With just a few tweaks, this walkthrough still holds up in the latest update. I’ll use video time cues for you to know the context of each tweak: 1. new guard on cliff overlooking path that leads from first camera shot out; crouch with your gun holstered in the small nook of the cliff until the guard’s suspicion drops, just to the left of frame @3:05 in the video. 2. I use a coin on the guard watching the first hacked door, @3:15, because I cannot get around bullet impact noticed. 3. @4:22, I toss a coin into the rear of the security room (at the door leading to the garage) to get the morgue doctor on the microscope to turn around, as he oversees the entire corridor just in from the stairway. 4. my last coin goes to the guard @4:29 in the boiler room first pass through, pick up the screwdriver in the closet before heading to the stairs ** the mission plays the same until you come back to this same closet. 5. Back at the boiler room closet @5:40 use the screw driver to distract the guard. this is the only true deviation from MrFreeze’s route we will take. ……… ’ behind

I stumbled on a much easier route to killing Gage before he infects anyone: 1) Vault the wall and grab the soda can on the box on the left before heading up the hill 2) Run up, wait for the doctors to head in, then go to the ledge on the right of the door they enter 3) Ledge to the pipe, slide down, sneak into the bathroom window 4) Leave bathroom and head straight across to the room adjacent to where Gage is sitting 5) Open the door to his room and throw the soda can at the single hazmat guy taking notes on his clipboard, then pop Gage with a silenced pistol 6) Hide both bodies in the locker back in the room you came from - there's another hazmat guy who very briefly pauses near the door, so wait for him to walk away before stashing the second body You won't get the inferno challenge, and it will still some time to get to Liebleid, but this should simplify the process quite a bit.

I'm pretty decent at Hitman, but this is fucking amazing. I ended up killing nearly 100 people on this mission the first time i tried it, came here looking for how tf it could be done without the entire map getting infected. I play pretty slow usually, so this is the one mission that had me scratching my head as to how it could be done like this, thanks for the video =D

Hey, just wanted to let you know, I just posted an outline in the comments that I was able to get working following some aspects of Freeze's video and tweaking them a bit for Hitman 2/3. It's achievable, just takes a bit of practice.

This is tough in Hitman 2. It's trickier now due to extra guards and it's also bugged. I just got SASO - the challenge - with this kind of strategy but the final screen indicated only four stars with the missing one being "never spotted"; that's either to do with the reload bug or it's killed by the technique of nearly-being-spotted-but-not-quite but it didn't stop the challenge from popping. I did it again for Sniper Assassin, never seen by anyone, silently knocked out everyone in the morgue area and the floor above that could possibly have seen me, erased the recorder. Did get nearly-seen a few times. Did reload a few times, maybe that's the issue here as that also seems to cause other problems in Hitman 2. Rant part. Some have managed it with five stars - and frankly unbelievable times - 72 seconds? It takes a minimum of 25 seconds to get from the start to the door where the nurse needs to be stopped from getting infected - and that is without stopping to avoid getting seen and at that point the two targets are quite a long way apart. So, 72 seconds - really?

Those that do it unbelievably fast on the leaderboards are usually just straight up cheaters. If there are leaderboards in a game there will be cheaters. The cheater I've seen the most on the leaderboards is SPRUT and they're not even hiding it.

Playing now with Hitman WOA there are guards on the mountaintop, bullet impact tends to happen on the guards at the door and the morgue section is different. So my slight change: At the start turn right, collect the other coin from the room and continue right accessing the morgue from the other side, use the cleaver to distract the person there and run through the door, hugging the guard room and sprint to the bottom of the stairs to catch up to Freeze’s timing of taking out the female doctor. The only way to get through the morgue now is wait till the morgue director is walking away from the door, throw a coin in the guard room to distract the 2 folk in the room and leg it to the door at the far end and distract the guard as per Freeze. Only thing is now the timings will mean you’ve missed the inferno opportunity as if you wait, someone will get infected, instead take out the doctor target, which means he doesn’t summon Owen to the room and infect any more people. Sneak to the bathrooms across from Owen’s room and distract the roaming hazmat guy, allowing you to subdue all 3 hazmat guys in the room opposite and open the door into Owens room, shoot him in the head and you won’t get infected. Retrace your steps but this time subdue the guard at the vaccine room, use your last coin to distract the morgue doctor to go back into the staff quarters, head back to the start of the game and exit via the mountaintop

So I got to say thank you man i had a hard time figuring out who was making the thing spread.. Im sure you know this why your having us knock out that nurse so this for anyone else.. but if you dont do the coin she will enter in the second floor door and she ends up meeting the dr that has thing shit so makes her catch it and then she goes out to the guard outside where we had to shoot the rock and bang and it starts spreading from there i watch it and it makes its way to most of the bottom floor crazy and when you start to take out some run upstairs and wow the thing like red dots everywhere... For some reason, the layout of this level was not the exact same way I seen it in yours Mr.Freeze. the two doctors that were supposed to be waiting outside, were never outside to begin with. The two security guards have completely different routes compared to the routes I seen on your video. They always crisscross each other instead of walking side by side. And to begin with, Owen Cage is just now being escorted back to his room as he leaves the examination room of where Klaus Liebled is located. In which makes this a different outcome of trying to figure out the next move. Why are the routes and layouts of some of these NPC's and level aren't similar to what I saw in your video?? Really trying to go for that silent assassin challenge. Please help.

I just finished it on PC and for the most part its still the same as seen here although a bit harder as there are a few more enforcers here and there, the guard on the cliff looking down is easily distracted by shooting behind him right after you shoot the first camera, once inside there is a doctor in the room on the left looking through the window so throw a coin in the room to distract him and the guard. On the way back after both targets are killed the doctor is still there so make your way to the table on the left and have him notice you when you are behind or atleast close to the table on the left side of the room, once his question mark pops up quickly make your way back to where you entered the room and get in cover, the doctor will go out and investigate and if you timed it right you can just crouch walk behind both of them to get out. Also there is no need to pacify the nurse when she comes down the stairs, just throw the coin to distract her and move on, she wont be back in time to get infected plus this gives you more then enough time to get to the targets as sometimes i would just miss the event by seconds.

so with the hitman 3 the guards on the cliff i tried an idea and it works just gotta be careful not to alart the guards walking towards the bottom so this is what i did i shoot the camera tehn shoot the mountain behind the cliff guards and then shoot the rock/area where freeze does and get my butt into the door and continued to follow the comments walkthrough mixed with freezes i didnt go quick i took my time with this one and did alot of waiting beat it in like 7 mins i believe but i got all 7 challenges i think lol

its imposible cause there are two guards on top of the hillway over the guard standing at the entrance no way to get inside unseen . and the guard is turning right not left so he turns in front of you and spot you. this workaround is obsolet in 2021

@MrFreeze2244 It literally does not. An important criteria for meeting SA,SO is clearing the missions without any bodies being seen by any NPC. In this video, we can clearly see other NPCs in the containment room with the two targets Upon triggering the containment procedure which burns down both of Agent 47's targets, they start to violently scream, attracting the attention of those which we can see are clearly within farting distance of the targets. These NPCs watch on as the two are burned alive, being reduced to smouldering corpses, and then keep staring after the event is over. Just because a target is killed in an accident does not mean "the body is gone forever and obscured from sight never to be discovered". So, **no** Mr Channel Owner, they did not literally answer my question. But again, my post was more of an observation of the game's faults rather than an actual question, and I think that should have been obvious to anyone actually reading my words instead of assuming their own interpretation. TL;DR Oops, tl;dr is for idiots.

For those of you playing in Hitman 2 or 3, I just confirmed it is possible to do this with the same route, albeit with some changes, and still get SASO. In case it matters, I'm on PS4 in Hitman 3. See steps below. I recommend watching the full video as well so you can see how it pertains to the changes I outlined. 1) As soon as you load in, don't run up the stairs and hop the wall yet. You need to immediately run into the room where the helicopter pilot normally keeps his pills in the vanilla map to grab an extra coin. By the time you make it up to the two doctors outside, they will be turning around and heading back inside so you can proceed normally. 2) Be careful after you shoot the first camera outside, there are 2 guards walking by on the upper path where you start as a ninja, and for some un-fucking-believable reason they will see you. Hug the left-hand wall and don't have your gun out, that seemed to be the only way I was able to get past their vision cone, even though they're literally 100 feet above you. 3) once you distract the masked guard and head inside, go downstairs and wait for the nurse to be visible like Freeze did, and toss a coin, but immediately leave. Don't knock her out, immediately turn around and open the door to the camera room where the organ curator is, and toss a coin to distract both of them. The coin for the nurse will keep her busy long enough to prevent her from becoming infected. If you take her out in the updated game, the organ curator will find her no matter what, his path takes him into that stairwell now, and there's nowhere to hide her. 4) Once you've distracted the guard/organ doctor in the camera room, check to make sure the wandering morgue doctor isn't facing you, and sneak past him. Hide behind the gurney and distract the bald/not bald guard the same way freeze does, and run past him. 5) If you've been quick about it, you will have just enough time to get into the quarantine room area and choke out the guy by the incinerator button and get the targets. You have to practice this a few times to get the timing down, and basically be moving constantly, or you'll miss the opportunity for cycle 1. I do recommend hiding the hazmat suit guy's body in the locker, just in case. I'm not sure if anyone checks in that room, but I assume they might. 6) Once that's all done, follow the same path back downstairs, and distract the bald/not bald guard again like Freeze does. You have to knock him out and hide the body in the nearby locker, you have to hang out for a sec inside the room he's standing in, and you'll need to distract someone in there to knock them out as well. There's also a screwdriver in this area you can grab to use as a later distraction, if you're low on coins. 7) Use the firepoker by the door to distract the wandering morgue surgeon into that room and take him out as well. I threw the poker into the corner immediately by the door, and then hid behind the furnaces, grabbing him when he turned around to face the corner by the door. Quickly hide his body in one of the empty furnace by the door. **NOTE: 2 masked security guards will at this time be bringing down the bodies of the targets to the same room, so be quick about it. They will go back upstairs the same way you came down after walking through the body furnace room. 8) Enter the main morgue room, and hide behind the gurney just inside the doorway and use your silenced pistol to shoot out the cameras, which will distract the organ curator and masked security guard so you can run out back into the entry stairwell. **NOTE: Save before you do this, because twice I had the security guard immediately notice the bullet impact and run straight for me. After you've shot, you have to be quick to get into the entry stairwell without the organ curator spotting you, but it is possible. If he does see you enough to get distracted to follow you, hide on the right-hand side of the door to outside. This hides you from both the masked guard outside and the organ curator until he loses interest and goes back to his routine. 9) Distract the guard outside with a coin, if you have one left, tossing the screwdriver you picked up earlier, or by shooting the snow behind him. Since you took out the cameras to distract the guys in that room, you no longer have to worry about shooting the camera by the big tractor outside the building. Just carefully work your way down to make it past the guy in the Raiden hat working on the tractor, and the 2 patrolling guards, and you're home free! It took me about 20-30 minutes of runs to get it right, but I was able to get it all done in 6 min 13 sec.

Just a recommendation when escaping. Once you distract the bald/not bald guard while heading to the exit just go past him and go to the right where the surgeon is. You should be able to sneak past him and get to the staircase on the right (this will bring you close to the mission start point). It’s a much easier way to exit and you don’t need to distract anyone.

Freeze has the best challenge walkthroughs for the Hitman games but he never updates them. This has tons of changes in the map which make it insanely more difficult. Guards on the cliff, bullet impact noticed on the rock now, the doc on the microscope in the security room, and the wandering morgue doc's timing and/or path is different. These changes make the Freeze walkthrough almost impossible and I was bashing myself in the head trying to work around it.

Hey, just wanted to let you know, I just posted an outline in the comments that I was able to get working following some aspects of Freeze's video and tweaking them a bit for Hitman 2/3. It's achievable, just takes a bit of practice.

Guide needs updated for Hitman 3. Doctor that I knocked out keeps getting detected somehow. Surgeon oversees the morgue. And I wasn't told about the guards overlooking the ledge.

So, a few things to add to help with Hitman 2. First, the extra guy in the security room. Just open the door, throw a coin in the back corner, then sprint to the door with the bald cured guard. You may have to pick up the pace from here, as the first time I got this far, I missed the inferno chance by about 2 seconds, then the guy infected someone before he could come back. Second, on the way back, throw the coin in the same room the Freeze does, but knock out the guard. Then, hide either in the container with him or on the side of the furnaces and wait for the guards to bring the bodies and move through that room. Then, distract the curator (guy thats alone where the 2 morgue doctors are in the base game) and knock him out and hide him with bald cured guard. If you don't want to take the chance, you can distract the other guy in the main room and knock him out and hide him just behind the furnaces. From here it's the same as the video, except the timings of the guards. Hope this helps!

i have also found out the nurse doesnt go down the stairs but goes into the isolated room and immediately gets infected, then walks outside and infects more people.

you don't really need to choke out the female surgeon, if you just throw the coin to lure her downstairs she will not get infected either.

There's a closet in the security room right next door that you can drag her body into. It takes a little extra navigation around the guy in the morgue freezers but it works.

She will investigate the coin while you are sneaking past Baldy McGlitch and won't see you, and you'll have extra time to finish the inferno challenge before PZ leaves the room and infects more people

I think the level has been changed. The nurse doesnt seem to come downstairs to the coin and a security guard seeming also gets infected

I always try to do just as you but in doing so, I have found some change ups that have been fun to explore. You absolutely are my favorite go-to creator. I just found a way to get to Cage before he initially leaves his room but you have to be fast. This is on Hitman 3 on PS4. Bring your silenced pistol, coins, and disposable scrambler. Grab the soda can across from the helipad where you start your climb towards the hospital. Walk the ledge next to the hospital entrance at the top of the path, move past the window, slide down the pipe, and get inside the window into the toilets. The helipad guards may start to get suspicious of you but if you don't stop moving, they won't bother you. Outside the toilets, you may have to wait for the hazmat guy to walk away. Once he does, hurry across the hall into the room next to Owen Cage. I would save here. You have to be quick now. Open the door to Cage's room and throw the soda can at the hazmat guy's head to knock him out. Even though Cage sees it, an alert doesn't trigger. However, you have to kill Cage (with your pistol preferably so you don't get infected) before he fully stands or it will say "body found." He rises so slowly that you should have a clean shot at his head. Cage never leaves his room so the infection doesn't either! Stash the bodies in the room next to you and you can kill Lieblied at your leisure. You'll likely need the coins and the disposable scrambler when you go after him. If Cage has already stood up when you get there then you were too slow and you should restart the mission. After you get rid of Lieblied, retrace your steps to the mountain path and climb it to the part where you start as the ninja to leave the mission. Be aware that you may have to sneak by a pair of guards on the path to escape. Took me 7 minutes to complete the mission this way.

They made that tougher in Hitman 2. In the very beginning there's a guy looking down the cliff and you have to figure out the spots when you're hidden from him. In the morgue there is the head-mortician now constantly staring into the room so you can't sneak through it anymore. You can however sneak past him if you crouch and cover in front of the window he looks out of. You have to wait for the patroling mortician to take a drink and turn around, then you go for the door into the other dissection room, throw something across the room to distract the guy in there and run into the far corridor where you can grab a cleaver and throw that around until he comes to you on his way back to his usualy position. You have to do it all far away from the security window because that guy on the microscope never moves. Afterwards you go to the next room (with the cremation ovens), throw something to distract that guy and probably dump him just to be safe on the way back. The rest happens the way it happens in the video, just a little delayed and probably with Lieblied in the room when you sneak past, but you can sneak past two people as long as they look into the operating room. For incineration just wait until he's called again and make your escape. If another person gets infected, just restart. I had that happen once and can't really tell why.

Past the camera, I just hug the rock wall until I'm behind that one bodyguard dude then I subdue him then and there and drag him into the building and hide him underneath the stairwell...

@@megabrowzkapowz742 I don't know why in the video he runs to the right and climbs that wall, but you can enter the level and run straight ahead and climb that wall. You will be climbing up between the barrel and a piece of cover. On top of that cover is a can.

GOTY Legacy for Hitman 2 made this level extremely hard and glitchy. The outside guard on the mountain sees you randomly, the nurses body gets spotted on some reloads by an invisible guard(?) The doctor looking towards the morgue in the microscope almost always sees you, throw a coin in. The biggest bug in the level for me I cannot choke out the guy in the hazmat suit with the incinerator button, I can only punch him regardless of position. Yet, I still get the silent assassin ranking. But, every Patient Zero level is bugged making the highest possible score a 4/5 stars. You’ll get correct XP points just doesn’t let you get silent assassin on the rankings screen. Every PZ level is horribly bugged in one way or another on the Legacy Pack, really sucks.

I can confirm that this _can_ be done in Hitman 2. It's significantly more difficult though. For the guy on the cliff, as soon as he starts to see you let his alertness go up to the point where he goes to investigate. Usually he will break the line of sight on his own. get into the building as described in the video but (this is the hard part) as soon as you throw the coin open the door to the camera room and toss a coin in to the corner farthest away from you. Ideally the surgeon in the larger room should be looking away and not about to walk again (this might rely on RNG a little bit and I had to try it several times). The doctor in the camera room should be looking away now and you can get into the quarantine room as described in the video at this point. I almost forgot to mention that you have to do all of this as fast as possible. If you hesitate for a second you will miss the opportunity to use the incinerator. Getting out will be a lot harder though because you have no coins. In fact I think a glitch happened in my run because a doctor saw me outside the building but didn't get alerted. What I did though was I shot one of the guards outside through the glass (accidentally because I thought it was bulletproof...) they ran off somewhere and I was able to get outside that way.

After you get the 7 challenges, what does that unlock? or is nothing unlocked since this is the final mission? I personally can't do it this way because I didn't know about the disposable scrambler. Thank you so much for posting these walkthroughs, they've been extremely helpful for me on hitman and patient zero. I was surprised it was a virus. I thought 47 would locate the orginal cloned "hitman" that Dr Ortmire created.

If you miss your first chance to go straight in to torch them you've pretty much blown it. By the time they cycle back to being in position, the infections start. Damn it!!! Great run though. I'll get it. Thanks man!

All right I just finished this. It took me roughly around 50 tries to get it right. I saved the game about 7 times at each critical point AKA when a guard sees you with his back turned. The best part was at the end when the NPC in a Hazmat suit was stuck into the Incinerator button. The [A] Subdue wasnt showing up. Every time I tried to do that, 47 was so eager to punch this guy in the face. Thanks for the video really. Worst SA SO in the game imo.

Cheers Freeze, I used your method to get to and kill the targets but I waited for it to stop saying 'searching' before leaving. Also went through the red morgue area and down the stairs, back up to the top and up the cliff path to exit using the gun distraction because I found it easier.

Do not assume all your subscribers jump in the game just to replicate your (always brilliant) runs: I like to try and figure it out first by myself.... only then do I compare it to the expert's. That's more fun, even if at the end it's like "ohhhh, yeah, of course..." I was not criticizing your run, quite the contrary, since I was stuck here. I just wanted to stress the fact that timing is of the essence here: the moment Dr Liebleid calls P-zero, well, the virus spreads via a second nurse/doctor, and forget SA.

I just did it. Main differences - follow the doctors in and hide beside the cabinet before sneaking out through the door behind the other doctor. The big difference is that I didn’t knock out the nurse. Just threw a coin to get her attention and kept on going. By the time she got back to her post, the infected was already in his checkup.

This was a tough one. I couldn't do it as fast as you. So I had to wait an extra round of him calling the sick guy back in. Problem is there's a woman who comes down for ice who gets infected. So I snuck out and took her out to w/ a soda can and hid her against the wall inside the ice machine room. Still got it from your guide, but it is tough if you don't rush like hell in your video. Every round someone new gets infected. Cool mission concept.

Can we get a revised version on this, cause at the 4:23 mark of your video, after you subdued the female dr that stops the spread of the virus, there’s 2 enforcers to your left when you enter the next room. I spent over an hour reloading saves trying to get by them to the next room and continue your guide, but I have found zero routes to get by them while in that next room. I LOVE your guides by the way, probably should have started with that lol there amazing, thank you
