yes. Staying around to shoot it will cause you to find other methods for the other targets. This wasn't really meant as a walkthrough anyway, because of how inconsistent everything is. More for show than anything. As most of my vids are.

as long as it's thrown while locked on it will hit the npc. it doesn't affect where it goes. just how it flies.

What's the difference between suspicions and illegal items?

Seems the description will change depending on disguise worn. For example, civilians carrying weapons will always be illegal items. Same weapon while disguised as guard would be suspicious instead.
