Annie-ah You know that freestyle has choreography right? It's not a particular dance style. That is DEFINITELY not break dancing. Break dancing has a set of coordinated steps that she did not do and she knows how to BD & Pop & Lock.

Annie-ah Yes, but you also claimed it wasn't freestyle, which it is. I'm just letting you know. Most often freestyle has no choreography, however in other definitions it's just dancing without a particular style (or mixture of styles) but maintaining the base beat, ie. pop & lock, hip hop, break dancing, step, twerk, ballet, etc. This routine marries a few styles.

I feel like when she was dancing with Kai and Lay on Dancing 9 and at the other SMTOWN concerts, she put more energy into the dance. This time it seemed as if she didn't hit the dance moves as hard as she could. Probably because she was alone and had no one's energy to feed off of. Regardless I'm glad she somewhat got a solo stage and that she improvised some of the original dance steps to make it look better. #hyoyeonsolo
