That was actually a move that protects you and whoever was in the radius of the barrier from special ki based atks. Mira has EX regeneration as an ability so that's why hitra recovered health also, I'm pretty sure that was majin kamehameha, which is really strong actually. Hope I cleared things up O3O.

The moves he used in this video are Majin Kamehameha, Hyper Barrier, and Maximum Charge. Hyper Barrier is the one he was so confused about, it has a chance to nullify Ki moves directed towards anyone in the AOE. The reason he healed was because Mira has EX Regeneration.

That Kamehameha is probably either Full Power or Limit Break Kamehameha. Given that the Kamehameha did over 20,000, it's probably Limit Break Kamehameha.

hitra is good but I wouldnt put Ki attacks on him, 1336 is pretty crappy. put some G rank melee with everything in bonus melee stat, maybe one with negative one energy to use and you would have a beast of a melee character.

the only thing im confused about is the luck stat. if they have 50 luck does that mean they have 50 percent crit on attacks? if so i would just stack that instead of melee.

Nicholas Randall luck affects crit and status affects. So yes the higher ur luck stat the probable u are to land a crit or deal a status affect.
