I think it's fair to let applicants know that processing time for outbound spousal applications in India defer from other countries and continents. In India its averaging 6 to 8 months, whereas others it's averaging 12 to 16 months. That will be more realistic for other applicants.

Hello, I need your help regarding my situation. currently, I am in canada on visitor visa, and my PR application submmited from india on jun 16, 2023. On March 15, 2024, I received a passport request to continue processing my PR application. At that time, I was already in Canada on a valid visitor visa. Within three days of receiving the passport request, I submitted a web form to inform IRCC Delhi about my current location in Canada. Hi sir, I have question about my file. I applied for my residency in 2020 and in January 2023 i got married while my file was in processing. After marriage i added my wife’s file into my file. Oct 2023 i got my ecopr and in November 2023 i got my PR card. My wife lives in India. So i got an email from ircc for submitting her passport to vfs but there is my name on it. I am assuming because i am primary applicant. But when i tried to book an appointment with vfs with my wife’s name it doesn’t allow me to do that but if i put my name and DOB it worked. So my wife went vfs to submit her passport but they didn’t take her passport. They said appointment letter should be under your name. She told them that i am dependent but they refused. Hi I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that "Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents." What does this means, I am 100% sure that Outland applications can be submitted via online portal then why they returned my application. Any guidance what should I do next would be appreciated.🙏

My medical submit 12 sep. And i received pre arvial letter 21 oct 2023. File submit. 17 july 2023. How time more ircc take foe my visa
