Hi! thank you so much for the clear guidelines on this matter. I am looking at the spousal visa with my husband being the sponsor. He's working for a Canadian organization online for less than a year now but he's not physically in Canada right now. Of course, the payment still made to his Canadian bank account, so how should I answer the question of whether he's working in Canada or not? Thank you and much appreciate your advise on this. As per your previous videos, in proof of relationship section, We have to upload any important document which shows that we are recognised as each others spouse. In that section you told to use marriage certificate. But I have already used marriage certificate in a previous section. So, can I upload the marriage certificate again for this section? My wife is the primary applicant(TR to PR) and has received PR confirmation mail for both PA and me (outland spouse) on 12th April 2022. After a week, my wife also got an eCOPR for her, but we haven't received any update on my PPR yet. Is it normal for such a long time to get passport request or is there any issue? Is there any connection between the PPR issuance time period (After approval) and 24months processing time of family sponsorship program? Sir, we are in long distance relationship since 5 years. backlogs impact every step of the application and timelines vary by application and processing centres. you can try calling them to see if the application got stuck in limbo for some reason. you can also raise a webform in the interim

Hello, I am the applicant together with my dependant, we already received the AOR and have access to gckey and UCI tracker. My husband paid the amount of the application last April and sent another last month for Incase. Yesterday we received a refund from our case processing agent and it's not the full amount it's only $120 with no explanation just a refund only.
