SvR 2008 isn’t talked about enough, perfect gameplay, perfect playlist, the amount of matches was insane, W custom mode. Just an all around good game.

The season mode was terrible and compared to 2007 it’s a weaker game. It’s not awful but it was lacking in the roster and season mode.

But ur right 2008 season mode was lack luster and confusing, I only played through season mode maybe once or twice, while I'm STILL playing Here Comes the Pain

You should do this with a friend. You and someone say BDE both pick superstars say you pick Cena and BDE picks Orton as both are in every game from their start to now and your goal is to hit a finisher. Whoever hits more finishers wins so if you hit 9 FU/AA’s and he hits 8 RKO’s you’d win (or however many it is)

All jokes about the 2K games aside honestly 2K22 wasn't that bad I've had a lot of fun with it creating my own shows and rosters and even the actual wrestling is pretty fun it's a nice mix of the simulation style with the more arcade style of the SVR games

Love the gameplay on 2k22 I just stopped playing because if I set up a universe with too many logos it just crashes. Me and my brother had our own federation with logos, arenas, etc and we lost it all haha

SvR 07-09 are to me the peak of the series graphics. All of the models were very obviously the wrestler they were portraying, but the game wasn't yet so realistic that it began to hit an uncanny valley. Plus, they mesh well with a more arcadey wrestling game, which is what I prefer to simulation, because to simulate pro wrestling is to follow a script
