Notes: Forehand Side - he's hitting pretty deep and fast pace, I could be faster and ready. But I could also make it simpler by taking a step back giving myself more time and then move into each ball - low balls I tend to not bend my knees, or bend my knees and rise as I hit (which leads to a couple of shanks) - Some balls he hits too quick and i hit late and not fast enough to match the speed of the ball. Backhands - idk if Milo is messing with me but we just did slices and lobs. That was not quality backhand rally practice - but balls that were slow, I did not move forward with the same intensity - same as forehand I'm standing up instead of staying low on the ball Action Items: this is important to focus on not just critiques!! - be ok in uncomfortable situations like low balls and fast balls, and stay balanced and follow speed of ball with your swing - take 1 step back after each groundstroke giving yourself a little more time, then make it diagonal according to where you think the next ball will go - low backhands need practice, on the run forehand deep cross needs work
