Hitting lines are a popular warmup volleyball drill used in pre game collegiate and high school warmups and as a hitting and setting practice drill.
Left side hitters, middle hitters and opposite or right side hitters take turns hitting the different types of sets that they will usually hit in the upcoming match or practice in order to establish the right timing, height and pace of the ball delivered to them by their setter so they can attempt to score a point in offense.

Having travelled all over the world to play volleyball I learned that all touches well all types of touches are good for your game.
Even if you have a messy hit or a messy touch not all referees will call it so I'm not saying don't be technical, but I am saying you can work on contacting and touching the ball with all your body parts because volleyball can get messy as well.
About once a week or once every two weeks I like to work on unpredictable "messy" stuff so when that ball comes at you really fast and you may not have time to create a perfect pass with your platform you have practiced how to react with quick reflexes in order to get the ball up.

It’s June 2023 and 9 years ago this month my award-winning Breakfast Club classes that I created before coming to STUPAK Community Center which combined volleyball training with a strength and conditioning component for jr/high school players were at the height of their popularity.
Fun fact: This month 9 years ago I started preparations for my first club year for my own Volleycats Elite club to begin that next club season (2015-16).
Coaching has always been my passion and helping Vegas volleyball grow and be recognized for producing great homegrown talent has always been my mission.
This is my way of thanking you all and my Vegas community for believing in me and what I’ve been doing all these years and I’m so grateful many of you find it worth coming back each summer to break a sweat, give me a hug and get your butt kicked while getting some reps and prepping for your next season.
-You can rsvp for any dates on the schedule to hold your spot but if you cancel twice without letting me know ahead of time you forfeit your chances of training for that month and will have to try again the next month.
-I will bring waivers for guests but if you’ve been with me or have trained with me before I still have yours on file so no need.
-I reserve the right to provide service to anyone for any reason
