Come to the woodlands Texas, it is north of Houston where I live. There are also great fishing in the woodlands and an endless amount of ponds, but go to grub burger off research forest. The people are really nice serve the best burgers and shakes.

Bro idk how y’all do this with a dog 😅 traveling even 1-2hrs is a hassle couldn’t imagine Long distance! Texas has some really awesome rivers/beaches with rv parks if y’all don’t already have a plan u should check them out.
