Today we're reviewing the unreleased gamer bat of the NCAA Midseason Freshman of the Year: Drew Burress.
The "Project Power" or "Power XP" will likely be the 2nd BBCOR release from 44 Pro, and it's gonna be their endloaded 1-piece alloy offering. Today we're gonna see how it stacks up against THE GOODS 1-piece from DeMarini.

Will, there's something in the water out here in Lower Alabama. There's a guy making baseball bats in Pensacola, FL that has it certified by everybody but USSSA. The USSSA certification is pending. I can try to get you more info if you want. Another bat line is called Homerun Legends out of Summerdale, AL (about 40 minutes west of Pensacola). Please contact the owner and find out when you can test his bat. He told me it's suppose to be just as good as the Rawlings Icon because it's made right next to it in the same factory.

always a great day when the SK gets to make an appearance and let you know that it's STILL a contender. Low key probably my fav bat (or at least one of) in recent years and my HS Varsity kid loves his Metal 2 Pro. I honestly expected THIS 44 to be a banger and was hoping it to be a legit sleeper. It's decent but I think if 44 stays in the bat game, they have potential to make a really good one in the near future. they're still figuring out the science. I always appreciate how Will is so reluctant to give praise to the overpriced bats but unfortunately when they're good, they're good and this vid showed that The Goods.....is good. Great Vid boys 👊

Legit thought/question: Has the Goods One just gotten better? Or did you guys kinda sleep on it? I’ve seen several college studs hit the blue, black and this new one. Did the 2024 model Goods One improve and the 2024 Voodoo One get worse? What do we think Bros?

I think we’re sleeping on it a little bit. It’s always just “barely lost” in our videos. Almost beat the Voodoo One, almost beat the Atlas. But when we put it up again something that isn’t “Top 5”, it seems to dominate.

The Goods One never got much hype back then. It’s understandable when the Voodoo One was lighter and had better exit velo. I guess some college guys just like the feel of the end loaded bat. Like a 243 vs a 110 or 271 model.

44 has cool stuff, but man, pray, nothing goes wrong with your order cause dealing with their customer service is a horrible experience. They will blame you and then ignore everything else plus they will delete comments if you say anything on their page. Instead of just fixing the issue.

NFHS put out a memo to all the states saying the Bonesaber was legal with the factory grip. It came out a couple weeks ago. We had an umpire look at my son's bat in the first game and discussed it with the coaches but we've been using it all season.
