i realise that i am of course extremely late, but you can somewhat "trap" on hide and seek as there are lots of ledges and balconies that you can use to "trap" people by either a) getting a friend to make the seeker chase them whilst you wait on the side of the ledge as a solid block and punch the seeker as they run past, or b) just hide round a corner a bit and punch them off the ledge as they come round

Byt the way thereis actually a way to glitch out of the map in justbuild, i have done it a couple of times. So basssically you want to keep on breaking the glass at the top of the mpa until it can't get replaced (it's a bug i know). then you can't go yet because if you do it will tp you back in, what you need to do it wait until the building time is over, then for a coouple of seconds, no commands will work to tp you back in, so you can go out of the map for a couple of seconds, and i think it works for the voting time as well.

I found out about a trap. Build two high on a bridge and place a auto-bridger when they're running across the bridge. Place the auto-bridger on the top of the two blocks and it should trap them. Then just break the block under them.
