No one has a video on how to link you phone and your computer to the same eBay account. When I down loaded my eBay App they gave me a users or different from my eBay username on my PC. That seems like a problem to me.

Same happened to me. I spoke with customer service and they got my account reinstated in 10 mins. Hope that helps.
