s ali wasalaam if you want to recite some aayats(wazaif) multiple time which mostly contain paak names of Allah swt then everybody can’t bear the weight of the ruhaaniyat associated with these aayats so before starting you should get permission from a sheikh/pir, google it and you will get ijazat from somewhere
