lycoris is actually pretty decent though and it's a really refreshing show to me atleast I enjoyed it, just don't expect yuri then it's a good show. summertime rendering though is easily one of the best shows this year if not the best.

Lycoris didn’t overshadow it. It was just stuck in Disney+ hell in Japan. Had the show been on Hulu or Crunchy, it would’ve been bigger than Lycoris. People love mystery shows like this.

In my opinion after i’ve finished the manga, the mechanism of creating a shadow is like copy and paste (it called render somehow). #SpoilerAlert, Haine that we see on that day have 2 personality (the first one is child and the shadow). The day when Ryonusoke got killed, it was Haine shadow personality. Then when it got discovered by Nagumo, she shifted to the child personality when the Shadow one in process to copying and rendering Ryunosuke body. It turns out she can't control herself and somehow she render the Ryunosuke shadow to Nagume, make Nagumo second personality as Ryunosuke shadow.
