Just got my I10 Maze in white from GP Bikes as well. Great helmet, love the Maze graphic. Replaced my 5year old shoei quest. This is a great helmet for $239 - excellent bang for buck. Solid unboxing vid and I had Same experience. The pockets for the comm system also fit my Cardo Freecom (saves buying proprietary comm system) Actually returned the Scorpion gt930 because with the comm speakers in place it put too much pressure on the ears.

Thank you for your comment! This is great information. I have been looking into the Sena camera/comm system, so it's nice to know the space in there is indeed roomy, and compatible with Cardo as well. I appreciate the support.

Where does the Sena Bluetooth adapter go? I’m not referring to the HJC proprietary that goes in the back of the head but the regular Sena headsets

I actually picked up a Sena 50C headset some time after making this video. That video will go up eventually, and I'll demonstrate how I installed it. To summarize, I used the cavity in the back of the helmet for excess cable, and mounted the headphones and mouth piece in the cavities carved in the helmet. They're not an absolute perfect fit, but the carve outs are welcomed. Getting the side mount was the most challenging part. Thanks for watching and for your comment! Ride safe.

Thanks for the review neighbor. Now that you've had it a while, any update? What about the chin curtain? Was it still good with the noise once on the road? And lastly, did you consider the i70 with the internal sun visor? If so, why the i10? And I agree with you, HJC has good product at very affordable price.

Beautiful helmet mate. Taze is equally awesome, i am confused between Blue and Neon Green!! Great product indeed. EVen CS-R3 and i10 are impressive offerings from HJC in budget segment.

So how is the venting as far as airflow, and sealing off when you dont want airflow/water leakage. I've narrowed my search down to the i10 or the scorpion exo r420

@@danlford I haven't tried the Exo R420, but I personally do not like helmets with vents in the center. I like helmets with side vents, both for esthetics and functional purposes. In this case, the i10 has a forehead vent, and 2 scalp vents. That makes more sense to me. The R420 looks like it only has a single scalp vent. I personally wouldn't consider it to purchase due to that. As for the airflow (Here's the update video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmbVmXdmjqmHqrs), the i10 moves A LOT of air. It is certainly not quiet. The only plus for the R420 is that it includes a chin curtain, and I'd say it's a must for the i10. BUT, I can also say that riding in colder weather with the i10 and closing the upper vents, it does not chill your head, though your face may get cold, if you need to crack open the visor to defog. But I keep the chin vent open always to defog the visor. Hope that helps you!
