It is discretionary. In 114 it is only illustration. Corroboration is not mandatory for a judge.

Your session is very helpful and it shows the hardwork you put into but just a small request or suggestion that we came here to watch this video for preparation of HJS so kindly focus on the ongoing laws. Jb new laws hi padhne honge toh unki specific video we will see fir yha ye nhi dekhenge, yha unke new provisions batakr kafi confusing ho jata h for a student. So just focus on the series and leave the new provision wala part because right now it is of no use to us for this exam.

Ans is correct. How they will take Any dispute between them, in the court. Obviously they have to disclose the communication.

I give you one idea. When I mention old provisions, skip it to 15-20 seconds. On phone, if you click on right side of your screen, it skips 5 seconds. So do it for 3-4 times. You will skip the new provision.
