Our guest today is Hank Smith, a local restaurant manager that has come to call New Bern home after moving from New Jersey. Hank shares how his father's suicide has made an impact on his life and the journey of his own mental health from then up until now. Hank and I would like to share a message to men. There is absolutely nothing wrong with expressing your emotions as a man, and it does not make you less of a man to seek and ask for help... even though we may have the preconceived notion from society that this is not the case. You do not have to do everything on your own and you do not have to feel alone.
