He said his students didn't have head gear and mouth piece, so the sparring was limited to body shots. The sifu said the real sparring allows hitting on groin. I bet you didn't understand what the sifu was saying in the video. The sifu is the father of movie star Phillip Ng. Phillip played Bruce Lee in the movie.
